    A vibrant, elegant Shiraz fermented in open stainless steel tanks with twice daily pump overs aiding fruit tannin development. Matured in French Oak for 12 months producing complex ripe cherry & plum aromas with chocolate influence. The palate has good depth of fruit concentration, ripe sweet fruit flashiness in the mid palate & a lingering silky flavour 14.5%

    Zinfandel can be a rustic beast of a wine, however has an underlying ripe fruit spectrum which can range from dark berries to riper sweet or even stewed plums. Margaret River grown from a single vineyard, grapes were fermented on skins for 8 days before gentle pressing to oak.  The wine remained in oak for 18 months, allowing a long slow maturation. This style is savoury, rustic and brambly, raspberry and blackcurrant with some spicy peaks. Flavoursome feel on the palate matched to textured gravelly tannins and screaming for rare grilled meats. 14.7%
